Simply, put I am a spiritual seeker on a quest to not find truth or enlightenment, but rather to experience the Love of God. To experience God's love which dwells within me, that resides in my heart. Much like many other individuals who turn to the spiritual path, something has been missing in my life despite the fact that society would deem my life as a "success."
I have never had to want or go without anything. As a matter of fact, I have been able to fulfill desires and leave in surplus, but none of that has brought me true happiness, lasting happiness. None of it has filled this somewhat invisible void inside of me. I have tried filling it in various ways...all material...
So here I am searching for the intangible, for the unseen..."thing" that can make me complete. I'm not sure what it is or rather who it may be, but I know that God is in the equation. That God's love is the only love that can make me whole...I just have to find it
I created this website to document this journey with all its ups, downs and plateaus and stalemates. As a way for me to express myself in the hopes of helping others. To gain support for all of my efforts and a way to keep myself busy. I hope that no matter what you may read, see or watch on this site that you take something away from it that can help you in life. I have been saying that I'm going to become happy with who I am and the woman that GOD made me to be and no one else, but I have been weak for far too long. It is only NOW that I have truly become focused and motivated.
But I can honestly say that it was not until January of 2011 that I have truly become motivated and dedicated to my spiritual path. From fall of 2009 until December 31, 2010, I was lost. I tried different traditions, religions, philosophies, techniques, methods and etc. But none of them made complete sense to me. After bringing in my New Year in peace and tranquility at an ashram in Texas, did connections start to take place. I feel as though 2011 and onwards will be a whirlwhind of spiritual highs and lows and I hope you join me on the ride.
I would love to hear from any and everyone. This site is for every truth seeker or person searching for themselves.
